Yes, I allow training sessions with a partner and encourage it. Couples that train together tend to get better results. If you come with a partner, your partner is 50% off the session rate.

I do also offer a custom macro plan for clients. A macro plan is a break down of you calories into fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Please refer to the custom macro plan option, if you would you like one created for you. With your monthly plan, you would get a once a week macro plan tailored specially for you. The custom macro plan will help deliver results even faster. 

This is entirely up to you and the amount of work you are willing to put in. On average, a person that sticks with my plan can lose 1-2lbs a week while building muscle.
