How Started My Fitness Journey

When I start my fitness journey, I was extremely underweight at 119lbs at 5’10. Now I’m 175lbs and much leaner than I was at 119lbs! My workouts will get you lean and gain muscles without thinking, just doing.

CLients have told me I didn't know what it was like to loss weight. so I made myself overweight on purpose to show with proper fitnes sand nutrition weightloss is possible.

A Challenge I Issued Myself

I also made myself overweight on purpose at one point, so I could better understand the struggles people have with weight loss. Yes! I lost the weight 😊

✔ Currently, I’m the business owner of Alphaflex Personal Training in Queens, NY, established since 2010. I’ve gotten hundreds of clients, their health back ,and some would even say their lives back once they felt healthy again. I am excited to spread my workouts to everyone who wants to lose weight and gain muscles – the right way.
