I have my soup cans ready to workout

People love to make excuses why they can’t workout. Today I’m going to show you if you have soup cans, you can workout. You also won’t need any cooking skills at all for this workout.

I’m a big advocate of weightlifting but I know weights are not always accessible. The covid-19 virus really made that clear sadly. As covid took its toll on all us around the country, gyms around the country closed. I’ve been a personal trainer 11+ years. Not only did I miss working out, I missed helping people workout.

I got inspired to make this Youtube video of a home workout for people. All you are going to need for this workout are a pair of soup cans. This workout is roughly 20 minutes. So my question for you is, What soup can are you going to represent during this workout? Something fancy like Wolfgang Puck or maybe an old school classic like Campbell? Whatever your soup choices, it’s time to grab those cans and lets begin this full body soup can workout.

Another Workout Video

When I went on vacation. I made a video on what you can do and bring with you while on vacation anywhere to get a quick morning workout in. You can check it out here: Resistance Band Workout, How To Exercise While On Vacation. Just because we do not have access to a gym shouldn’t mean we don’t have the means to exercise.

Resistance Bands Are a Great Tool

You can workout in so many ways at home, as you see today with soup cans. If you wanted to get one piece of equipment for at home or on the go. A nice pair of resistance bands will go a long way. Spri makes some great resistance bands which I personally use.
