Make it a priority to get up every 20 mins if you have an office job, even if it’s just to stand around at your cubical for 5 mins. Standing will relive pressure from the spine you build up while sitting at a chair looking down at a monitor.

Regular exercise and resistance training really help to improve your posture. The first thing you will notice when you begin working out with weights isn’t fat lose. Typically people fine themselves standing up straighter having less back pain. Some people have even noticed themselves growing half an inch. In reality they really didn’t grow they just had really bad of posture.
